The staff are professional and very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was absolutely stunning with a beautiful view, the breakfast was delicious and true to the Sicilian cuisine. There is no other place I would stay when in Noto, a home away from home."

The room was exceptional, with a huge jacuzzi, every detail of high quality, and spectacular views of the cathedral. We enjoyed a generous breakfast of carefully selected products in the garden. We especially want to highlight the attentiveness of Maria, who speaks perfect Spanish. She recommended walks and even a great restaurant for our dinner. We will return and highly recommend it."

"Very nice building, central, but the rooms are very sparse, bathroom not well-kept and hygienically poor. Built-in fridge placed wobbly under a small table, so you couldn't even sit down to use it. Noisy air conditioning. On the other hand, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Dust cats on the floors and in the closet. Very quiet area. I don't know why it's a 4 star though!! I've found much better 2 star hotels."
