"Really don’t advise anyone to stay there, not sure how they got good reviews. Staff are dishonest people and service is just bare minimum. The outside looks nice but the rooms are stuffy and our fan was not working. They told us we could tell them if we wanted to switch to air con but when we asked, they said that it’s still considered winter so they can’t switch on the air con. We told them our fan is not working and they just told us to leave the window and door open??? What? Our room is on the ground floor and we are suppose to feel safe doing that? Worse thing is we accidentally left some money in the safe after we left, our fault but we called them and told them about so we drove back to get it, and they actually took about 300 Euros of our cash! Wow! Really, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you’re looking for genuine service and honest staff. Really spoilt our trip and we felt so upset after that. Just couldn’t wait to leave the place."

"English: Everything is very well-kept, it is hard to even find an imperfection in a plaster or a little light that does not work. The masseria is surrounded by greenery and therefore fresh and airy, all the common areas are well-kept and tasteful, the atmospheres are relaxing, both during the day and in the evening. There is a large swimming pool, a new tennis court, a ping pong table and a wellness path in the surrounding countryside. Rooms furnished in the old style, with traditional furniture, without frills but elegant. Very comfortable beds. Very rich breakfast in the "sweet" part, with lots of cakes and fruit. Very nice and of decent quality the restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace. Impeccable service: all the staff, from the reception to the waiters, to the gardeners and cleaners always smiling and welcoming (as well as professional). To play tennis they provided us with rackets and, last but not least, they also gave us an excellent umbrella to take to the beach. Absolutely recommended."

"As soon as we arrived at reception, Marzia was a discreet, kind, and very professional young woman. She showed us the common areas of the villa and escorted us to our room, which was fully equipped, well-maintained, and clean. The garden with pool was a great place to relax during the hottest hours of the day, when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The beach is right in front of the hotel; all we had to do was climb a short flight of steps, cross the road, and be on the beach. The breakfast was excellent, with something for all tastes and always a good selection. The staff was very professional, kind, dedicated, and available to answer any questions. Kudos to whoever selected them. It was a truly relaxing five days...I highly recommend it."
