Imagine... Two sockets, in the room description it said "sockets at the sides of the bed" I would say very much on the sides, one at the door, and one near the bathroom where the mini fan was attached, which in that heat only served to move the dust, so that night I didn't charge my phone, the next day we wanted to leave, we called the irritating owner, who immediately said that the site's policies do not they allowed refunds, so we told her: cancel the reservation and give us the money back, obviously keeping the two nights, she didn't want to hear about it, but at the same time a tourist arrived looking for a room (I'll start by saying that in the whole of Nungwi there are no there was nothing available) so we told him that the request was there and he could rent it again, but she couldn't, so we told him that we were keeping the room as it was paid for, even if we were looking for something else, the following morning he received a message from site that the owner had canceled the reservation for "Noshow", the smart one wanted to keep our money and resell the room, she had declared that we had never stayed there, but unfortunately for her we had everything, video and receipt, check in it had been done, these people shouldn't have a business, or even be put on the sites, because they make fun of people, basically I'm still waiting for a refund, which the lady persists in not giving, and above all an apology for the ruined holiday , imagine wandering around Nungwi with your luggage for 8 nights

Avis : Hôtel infesté de cafards – À fuir absolument ! Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel ! Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une infestation massive de cafards dans notre chambre. Il y en avait partout : sur les murs, le lit, le sol… Impossible d’y rester, encore moins d’y dormir ! Nous avons immédiatement pris des photos et vidéos comme preuve. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception et demandé un remboursement, mais on nous a dit d’attendre le lendemain. Le lendemain matin, ils nous ont fait perdre trois heures sur place, sans jamais proposer de véritable solution. Au final, aucun compromis n’a été trouvé et ils ont refusé de nous rembourser, alors que nous n’avons même pas pu dormir dans cet endroit insalubre ! En plus de cela, le gérant s’est montré très désagréable, complètement fermé au dialogue et refusant toute responsabilité. ⚠️ Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos sur Booking, elles ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité ! L’établissement est sale, mal entretenu et infesté d’insectes. Honnêtement, si vous tenez à votre santé et votre argent, évitez cet hôtel à tout prix. Une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin !

Hotel a fuir non pas pour l accueil car rien a dire c est un hotel ou il faut passer mais pas rester trop longtemps. Coupure d electricite courante et le confort n est pas au top après ca va avec le tarif. Si vous aimez les animaux vous serez servi. Chats chien la totale. Pour ma part mauvaise experience

Останавливались здесь на 9 дней. Удобное местоположение, до океана 1 минута. Комфортные кровати, достаточно просторные комнаты. Убирают очень хорошо. Вкусные и сытные завтраки. Кроме завтраков можно заказать в любое время еду, шеф очень вкусно готовит, советую! Хозяева очень дружелюбные и приятные люди! Отдых в таком месте нам очень понравился. Если будем на Занзибаре, обязательно вернёмся сюда!
