0.5 points is too much. The attitude at the front desk is extremely poor. (Since the attitude issue has been resolved through negotiation and an apology has been made, I will not elaborate further.) There is a problem with the staff management. When I turn over in the middle of the night, the bed has short legs that are high on one side and low on the other. It makes a clanking sound. Don't think of this hotel from the perspective of Atour Hotel. It's outrageous. Think carefully. 318 is the most rubbish hotel you've encountered along the way.

前台服務特別熱情，可以洗衣服，服務員幫忙洗完後機器人送上來的。酒店就在318國道旁，非常的方便，有停車場適合自駕。酒店在一個公園旁，窗外景色非常的好，房間乾淨衞生，洗手枱很大，有各種各樣的飲水，還有咖啡，早上泡一杯還是不錯的。

距離附近的明航基地衹有2公里多，方便乘民航大巴去機場
