魯朗小鎮挺不錯的一家高檔酒店，位置好，附近全是石鍋雞，自己斟酌，應該都不錯，魯朗是不會讓一衹雞走出去的！房間很大，很舒服，淋浴水太舒服了！服務熱情，隨時有要求隨時解決，早餐有饅頭的伴侶，醬豆腐！太美了！

在魯朗小鎮上，帶電梯，安排的房間沒有啥景色。床鋪挺好，洗浴沒體驗，不敢洗澡怕高反。海拔3500，來西藏第一晚住進來有輕微高反，症狀就是睡不着，租了酒店的製氧機，但是鼻吸式的，不是瀰漫性供氧機，噪聲較大，主要是不太管用，除非一直鼻吸。建議酒店增加供氧系統。

第一次來魯朗酒店非常好，乾淨服務很熱情，停車很方便就在酒店門口，前台小姐姐給孩子送的免費早餐，牙具拖鞋水～早餐中西結合，在西藏算是很豐富的。還吃了好吃的石鍋雞～

店家給升級了房間，晚上**很方便哈哈。女老闆性格有點兒急，前期溝通理解有點兒問題，最後還是找到雙方都能接受的解決辦法。前台美女熱情到位。硬件至少夠三星。套房價格合適也可以直接訂。

房間不錯，智能電動窗簾，但是熱水不太好，時冷時熱，早餐也是不錯的，但是那天附近有篝火晚會，有點吵，睡不好覺，去魯朗林海推薦住這裏，附近有家農家院，石鍋雞很好吃

位置很好，丙察察出來就可到酒店，很安靜，睡眠質量有保證；

優點：1、免費升級到套房 力度太大了。2、衞生、環境、服務都不錯。尤其是前台服務員熱情周到，幫助諮詢遊玩線路，推薦餐廳。3、沒想到在旅遊淡季還能提供可口的自助早餐。
缺點：1、酒店周圍由於在施工，環境差一些。2、房間地暖太熱了，房間無法調節，房間温度顯示是27度。但前台提前告知要開窗户通風調節，總算調節好了。
