住過這麼多酒店，這家真的讓我印象深刻。位置絕佳，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，出行也很方便。酒店內部環境優雅寧靜，房間佈置温馨，香薰味道特別好聞，氛圍感十足。服務人員都非常專業，全程關懷備至，體驗感超棒！

家裡人去林芝旅遊，幫他們訂的房間，一定要讓我記得點好評，因為兩個長者家説酒店工作人員很熱情，必須點贊。家人辦入住的的時候，因為初到高原不適應，有一點高反，前台小姐姐就詢問了家人的情況，怕嚴重起來，就給免費升級了供氧的房間，還提供了吸氧管，還説如有不適就立即打電話告知前台，並給家人指引了最近診所的位置。酒店工作人員服務都很好，也會主動打招呼，前台位置還提供了西藏的地圖給客人蔘考，如果想報團前台小姐姐還能推薦旅行社的聯繫方式，挺好的一個酒店。👍👍👍👍👍

酒店周邊擁擠，停車困難。建議對6月19號下午17點半左右上班的保安進行最起碼的崗位培訓，停車時不僅態度差，我們辦完入住後去車裡取行李，本來這人正在門口自在抽煙，下着雨，看我們拿行李不僅沒有服務，還趕緊躲進了大廳，又低頭去刷手機了。太有損維也納酒店招牌了。訂過多次維也納酒店，沒遇見過這樣的

必須要給前台的藏族同胞白白小姐姐點個五星好評。他給我們留下了深刻的印象。初到高原的我和同伴身體上有很多不適應，當我們到前台的時候，他全程都是微笑，很有禮貌。他看出了我們不舒服，主動給我們説明瞭高原的注意事項，還給我們申請了免費升級成供氧的房間，還幫我們提行李送到房間。事後經過前台，他又主動地詢問了我和同伴的狀態，不僅給我們説明瞭周邊醫院和診所的位置，還説如果我們找不到的話，他可以讓同事帶我們去。他的服務讓初到異鄉的我們感受到了温馨，他的眼神是很純粹的透亮，很不錯的一個小姑娘，非常感謝，因為他的服務，以後有機會，我還會選擇入住這個酒店。
