After waiting half an hour for my order and being told it was almost ready three times, I found out they hadn't even started preparing it when I went to check. On top of that, the staff's attitude was very poor. As a star-rated hotel, I find this kind of service completely unacceptable. The duty manager apologized that day and promised to follow up with me the next day regarding the resolution. I've been waiting for five days now, and I haven't heard anything. It's not that I'm curious about their internal process, but I wanted to see if they would actually keep their word. Unsurprisingly, it was a letdown."

Free large parking lot, self-driving friendly; the whole house is scattered with oxygen supply, perfect solution to the plateau discomfort, the room view is superb, open the window is the green mountains and green trees. Breakfast is open until 1 pm, and there is a late night warm nightingale, the laundry room with a dryer to solve the laundry problem of the journey. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is meticulous and intimate, the price is super high, come to Nyingchi to close your eyes!"

Outside the window are towering snow-capped mountains, surrounded by misty clouds, and the scenery is incredibly healing for travel fatigue. There are thoughtful little tips everywhere in the room, and all the staff are both enthusiastic and respectful of personal space. The breakfast offers a good mix of savory and sweet options, with plenty of vegetables and meat. For someone who eats a lot of greens, a large bowl of salad is more than enough for a day's nutrition."

"The room was exceptionally spacious with a high ceiling, offering ample room and comfort. The interior design was predominantly *******, which was quite nice. However, the room's maintenance could be improved. The shower floor tiles were leaking, causing a lot of water to seep into the bathroom every time I showered, resulting in an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, ******* incense was promptly provided, improving the room's ambiance. The front desk and room service were five-star quality; oxygen, humidifiers, and heaters were provided immediately upon request. The breakfast service was poor, with very impatient staff. The hotel environment was excellent, facing Lulang Lake with breathtaking scenery. Across the lake are towering snow-capped mountains, and the pool outside the hotel lobby offers the best vantage point for photographing them. The welcome fruit was delicious, especially the local peaches."

We mentioned before check-in that we had a dog and requested a room in the corner to avoid disturbing other guests. However, we were put in the middle, right next to the elevator. So the noise from the elevator, the delivery robot, people walking around, and the argument in the next room kept us up until 3 AM."
