Very nice hotel and close to Oita station. It's only a 500yen taxi to the hotel if you have lots of luggage or about a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Bianca and Nobuhara Miho. The breakfast is also very good and my room was large and comfortable.
The information office at Oita station is very good and they speak and understand english.
