The hotel is on the east coast of Texel, adjacent to several good birding areas and a good base for walkers and sightseers. My room was comfortable and well appointed, including a fresh coffee maker, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with particularly crispy bacon and a superb selection of fresh bread and pastries.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful an clean. Good and substainable breakfast. Good restaurant with no standard dishes.

Unexpected, this lovely hotel next to the Waddensea. Very nice colourful interior, lovely superfriendly staff and adjacent three wild nature areas with beautiful birds and superclose to the magnificient waddensea.

Good choice for a family stay, hotel is children and dogs friendly (although there could be more facilities for children). Located in a perfect place, near to the sea side and within 15 minutes drive to each point of the island. Comfortable parking space. Good value for money. I recommend it for active family holidays.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Very easy to find, room was spacious and they even provided dog treats for my pet. Breakfast was spectacular! Many vegan options (high level). Dinner and snacks were of great quality. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for just one night during our trip to The Netherlands. The hotel has modern decor and our room had a large bathroom with lots of natural light. The hotel location is in the centre of a wetlands area so there was lots of bird activity and a short walk across the car park takes you on to the beach with brilliant views. The Breakfast buffet offered lots of choice and the restuarant is large and bright. Throughout the hotel much of the decor is bird related which is quirky. The majority of windows have anti mosquito nets which enables you to enjoy the fresh air and sounds of nature. With very little light pollution the starry skies were great to see

Nice hotel, Nice restaurant "Floris" Very friendly people, especially at the restaurant cause i have a special diet, and they adapted the menu for me. Room are very cosy. Breakfast is generous. We'll come back with friends.
