Lovely hotel with big,spacious and clean rooms. Hot water is available at all times. Food is delecious and is served hot. Jain food is prepared seperately. Staff is coorporative and active. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the resort itself is very neat. I strongly recommend this resort for my family and friends.

The hotel location is so far from the main market of ooty and the way to reach the hotel is very confusing.

The property has a good view neat and clean rooms staff is outstanding and front office support Mr Mukesh and from service Mr prince were fantastic till my last minute at the property. And lastely I woul tell the food the property was super I would recommend this is must visit when in Ooty. Thanks team palve sugavasam.

Place was awesome,Eco friendly. Rooms were comfortable,neat and good looking. food provided was delicious and excellent. Management team members were very polite and friendly to all of us. We enjoyed a lot and also makes us to visit again.

Sweat resort, must to visit this property for sure when you come to Ooty. The place and room with the view were delightful to stay here. The food was delicious and tasty we would like to inform all my family and friends about the resort thank you so much for giving us a memorable stay. Front office team well thanks for coordinating us we are really thankful to Mukesh, Prashant and hendry. Mis Nisha had good communication during the stay. Overall the team was excellent 👌

Had a very good time, the staff is very helping, and respectful had a great time ,good response from the staff members the food was good and the neatness was good and it was great to be here and it worth the amount charged. Love to be here, enjoyed

Food and services are best.rooms are maintained well neat and clean.we did not expect this services from palve sugavasam. The workers are speak in polite manner.they are giving place for drivers to stay. It is soo comfortable for all.they are providing heaters in the washroom
