Unsafe, smelly, dirty rooms with exposed wires, nails, fungi, and burning plastic for camp fire.

the villa washroom were worst. Flush tank was not working. washroom was dirty.
No in house food service.

This is the 3rd visit to sabol holidays. The 2 visits were very good so we blindly booked this time too. But the place has gone for dogs. No maintenance. There are molds/fungus in the cottages. Water is muddy. No power. But the service boys(joshua and another boy i don't remember the name)were very attentive and the manager( hemant kumar)was responsive, that's the only plus point.

The resort doesnot have a kitchen I, with my family had to suffer with my kids for food.

Location and service is good and rooms are well maintained, villa is well maintained. But there is no restaurant in the resort, each and every time we need to order from the zomato, as location is bit outside the ooty they will take 1hour to deliver, so plan your food before you are hungry.
