Even though we only visited for a look around this time, Muthu was incredibly welcoming and polite. He took the time to explain all the facilities and room categories in great detail, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The location is in a prime spot which is well connected to the city center , as well as gives a wonderful view of the surrounding hills including the Doddabetta. Staff , starting from security to Admin staff and also the Chef and support team were very co-operative and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay in ooty."

"Better avoid this hotel. 1 star — Would not recommend Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly regret it. Location: Poor. It’s tucked away down a dead-end road with nothing walkable nearby.Tiny and suffocating. AC or fans were absent, windows don’t open, and the air felt stale within minutes of closing the door. No fresh air, no space to move. Felt more like a storage closet than a room. Housekeeping: Nonexistent. Towels weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied, and the bed wasn’t made after day. Staff: Unprofessional and indifferent. Food was the worst part..very limited spread and everything tasted to be bland reheated and tasteless. Staff were inefficient in providing basic dosa or omelette in breakfast."

"CM derby green is a heritage property overlooking the now closed Racecourse. Awesome views nevertheless. We truly loved our stay — amazing views, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Waking up to such nice, refreshing views made every morning special. The food at the resort was also delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from. Special call-out to Jayashree for being a lovely host and ensuring we have a comfortable stay throughout. "The property is very nice, neat and clean. Staff was helpful. Rooms are good too but while in ooty I expected some view from the room. The rooms which we got 121 and 122 the windows faces the parking and staircases. Anyone at the staircases can literally see your bed and entire room. We practically felt we are in the entrance lobby. In Ooty with such a great Hotel we have to keep our window curtains closed all the time. They have 9 such rooms in this property and if you are assigned one of these rooms your ooty stay is ruined, money is not the matter, your invaluable time is spoiled. The management staff is great but make sure you are not assigned these rooms. Food was great services also are great. Yes they don't have conditioner in bathrooms take your own."
