Wonderful hospitality and amazing view. I must recommend hotel for family. Breakfast was amazing for the 2 days. We enjoyed the stay. The hotel in the top view which mesmerizes. Overall a very good experience and stay. I recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay at ooty.

The hotel view was very good and gives a elegant look but few things I must mention here. 1. This hotel don't have any Bengali food option in their menu though the receptionist Sumit Mullick claimed that when I called him and confirmed multiple times after that. 2. Hotel staffs are little arrogant. 3. The towels and bed sheets were not properly cleaned though they charge a lot for that. 4.Food options are very limited. 5. Not value for money. There are lots of hotel who provide better facilities in less amount. 6. Rooms are little smaller that what we expected. 7. There were no one to take care kids in the play area when we visited.

Location good, rooms are very small like 10x12ft of size. Bathroom less space, no tap water system in the bathroom. In this hotel near about 70rooms but for their customers food menu available only 10nos. Which is insufficient where egg omlette price 300 rupees plus GST extra. Cleanliness not as expected. Amenities very less like snooker table broken, badminton court in worst condition, sufficient TT bats and ball not available, overall playing zone in bad condition. Service very good. Food service in room very much costly.

Food was great and service provided by the staff (Rakesh, Amit & khan) was overwhelming and made the trip well spent and valve for money. .. Would highly recommend this hotel for upcoming tourist... Best way to find inner peace and close to nature. ...

Room service is express, barkeeps Kiran and Abhishek are also an excellent company. As someone who is into bodybuilding my protein requirements were met with good quality 🤣 There’s enough activities like table tennis, chess and a children’s play area which kept my niece occupied with a good time.

This property is on top of a hill. Very close to benchmark tea and chocolate factory. Let me start by saying that the staff is the biggest USP of this property. All take personal care in making sure that your stay is comfortable. I would like to appreciate Kiran, who works in the bar, who took good care of our orders and dish out some amazing cocktails. If you are planning on just being at the hotel, take a city side view room, if backpacking across the city and coming just to sleep, forest side is good.

Nice place to visit and stay and spend good time with Family Road views is fine nice staff and good property to enjoy the Ooty and good food for the climate and city view is good in Ooty thank you for all your services during or stay and happy for the hotel people and management thank you, Sinclairs!
