management is very poor, not sufficient manpower to cater, lost total booking amount for 2 days. They accepted the poor condition but not refunded the advance amount. We have to left the hotel without making entry. Made so many requests to refund money and everytime they assured me. Rooms are actually small and does not match with what they advertise
