Spa Hotels in Oran

While it is a Sonatrach affiliate I found comparable to other European hotels. I spent 4 days for a conference and meetings and overall satisfied. My room was fairly updated, and unlike others I found the food to be of good quality and selection for the region. I did only partake in the buffet for all meals. It does get crowded and not all patrons are familiar with queuing but still a pleasant experience. My first time in Oran, and I was a bit cautious,as such I didn’t venture out much this trip, but did feel very safe while on property. Staff was professional and one of the biggest “perks” was the complimentary airport shuttle👏.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are very spacious, clean, the bed is very comfortable. However, the negative sides, the first is that parking is very difficult to reach the hotel because it does not connect, it only connects the hotel apartments, which is problematic when you have big bags, The second problem is the household women who touch 10h in the room and opens the door without even approval, finally the last negative point is the night's deep-down music that is probably due to a chicha.

I was in Oran for work but have known the place from my childhood. Since in love with the Art of Etienne Dinet, I loved my stay if only to go around and admire the gallery. One thing I would love to suggest is to offer choices of Algerian/ local traditionally prepared dishes at the restaurants. Also kittle in rooms as I was desperately looking for coffee or tea in the night.

Hotel to flee. The staff is high and unpleasant to wish. Vs takes for milk cows to vs add supplements for everything and especially without having informed you in advance. We book a room on the internet for 5 people, we receive a mail confirming our reservation with a little additional word indicating that the room will no longer be available if we want to extend our stay beyond dates No problem. We arrive 2 days before our reservation to make sure the hotel is ideally located and the location is quite clean. We have a hostess that confirms our reservation and announces a new room price already higher. We accepted, however, that it was not correct because the price shown on the site is different. On the day of our reservation we arrive at 13:00, although the hotel is not full, we retorque that you have to wait for Check in at 15h. No flexibility already, that is how they have the sense of service. At 15:00 at the time of Check in we are adding a supplement because we are with a child when everything was stipulated in my reservation, when I arrive, etc... I'm angry to tell them that it's not normal and of course these people differ from me The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good.
