"In Erzin, we knew how much we would have to pay at the reception, but they charged me 600 Algerian Dinars more than what was stated in your system. When I asked about this, they said no, they don't accept it. They charged me 1950 Dinars, but your system shows 1250 Dinars. So they overcharged me. Secondly, the receptionists didn't speak English; I had a lot of difficulty and used a translation device. Thirdly, to call a taxi at the door, even though I ordered one through the app on my phone, the taxi that arrived demanded three times the amount shown in the system. The receptionist and the person at the door had arranged that taxi. The amount I should have paid was 700, but they asked for 2000, then lowered it to 1005. It was very unethical behavior. In the end, I ordered a taxi myself through the system and went for 1000."

"Worst service! The service is lousy, the restaurant is lousy, we run after the waiters to receive our orders. We ordered a pizza, the restaurant manager came back to tell us that after 3 failed attempts in the oven, they canceled the order. The dishes arrive with fewer ingredients than expected. There are no towels in the rooms in the evening, we wait 45 minutes after the report to receive them. Breakfast in the morning, we queue to get a coffee from a single worn-out machine! And for Check out, I had to review the invoices by email, no email, I call reception no one answers, a hellish hotel!!!"
