We went there for a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel has a good location and a rich breakfast with Inner Mongolia characteristics. The hotel staff provided good service. I especially want to praise the lobby manager, Mr. Zhang, for his excellent service👍👍👍

The hotel is located in Kangbashi New District, which is very convenient for going to tourist attractions. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is very delicious, especially the milk tea and mutton offal. This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are luxurious and full of details: The room I stayed in gave me a great surprise. The room layout is reasonable and the decoration is exquisite and elegant. From the floor to the ceiling, every detail shows quality and care. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is just the right hardness. Lying on it feels like being in the clouds, so a good night's sleep is a given. The material of the bedding is also very high-end, delicate to the touch, skin-friendly and comfortable. The room is fully furnished with carefully selected styles that complement the overall decoration style.

It was over 20 degrees in Kangbashi in April. The central air conditioner in the room could only heat and blow warm air. It was so hot and stuffy at night that I could only open the window. Many holes of the shower head in the room were broken. The holes where water came out were crackling. I finally used the shower on the top. Overall, it was not as good as I expected. The price was not proportional to the facilities.
