這個酒店感受真是一言難盡。。先不説基礎環境好壞。推開門能聞到一股大車店的人肉腥味。完全是長久沒有打掃乾淨和很好通風造成的味道。。那個沙發簡直臟的不敢直視！後來的經歷就更奇葩了。。房間功能有語音命令模式，但是沒辦法用，酒店告知沒聯網。顯示可以連WIFI，但是連上後所有手機軟件都打不開，沒辦法衹好放棄。空調遙控器能顯示打開，但是不能調温度，衹能找人更換遙控器。提供的投影電視別説連接了。對焦都對不上，服務員表示沒辦法。。馬桶是智能的，然後不會沖水。。浴室沒熱水，被告知可以放十幾，二十分鐘！！後來發現冷熱指示裝反了。。。我覺得酒店服務人員也很有意思，都客客氣氣的但是啥問題都解決不了。。要加個枕頭都找不到。。住酒店那麼多年了第一次把所有雷都給遇到了！！真是一言難盡啊。。。

這次旅行能訂到這家藝龍瑞雲鄂爾多斯音樂噴泉廣場酒店，真的是撞大運了！位置好到沒話説，離景點近，周圍吃飯、購物都很方便。前台工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住又快又順利，還幫忙推薦了附近的特色餐廳。房間佈置得很温馨，乾淨得挑不出毛病，床睡着特別舒服。酒店的自助早餐超豐盛，味道也很不錯。整體體驗感滿分，強烈推薦給大家！
