I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say "Hello", the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management.
I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help!
The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. 匆忙定下的行程，某書看別人推薦的，看到環境就覺的心動了，不靠近鬧市街區，環境很幽靜，真的很不錯，早餐也很豐富，有當地特色，沒來得及去體驗早茶店，這邊餐廳也能體驗到，前台服務人員態度也很熱情，一路幫忙拎包，地理位置真的很方便，附近玩的地方可以整體都一天逛完，很方便！
