I was told that the family room in the hotel is the farthest. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children, but when we arrived at the front desk at night, we were asked to cancel the order and place the order in the store. They said that one child would be charged. If we place the order in the store, we don’t have to pay. We have been out for several times and two breakfasts are enough for two adults and two children wherever we go. Overall, the overall feeling is good. The room is large, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

I booked the QuickPass on Ctrip to stay now and pay later. I explained it to the front desk when applying for the room card, but the front desk had to prepay 800 yuan first. In the end, the hotel and Ctrip had to repeat the payment after check-out. The room payment was deducted.
