Our winterholiday nr 8 at the magic Adler Dolomiti. We love to come to this beautiful resort. They maintain this hotel so good, it looks brand new even its a old classy resort. Service level is top notch all over the building. Great swimningpools, gym & spa area. All the hotel are on a very high level. Room cleaning top score. Bar in evening with pianomusic very cosy. In the restaurant they serve a great 5 cource dinner every night, they are extremly flexibel with the menu. Breafast of top class. Our main waiter Juraj took very good care of us all week with a lovely mood. Also Sara, Gianni & Reni provided service on absolutely top level. On the negative side prices are to high now. Also they removed the very popular afternoon snack with hams, soups, bread, sausages & snacks. This is hugely missed after long days in the slopes. We already booked our winterholiday for 2025. Go here & spoil yourself! Perfect location in beautiful Ortisei. Best skiing in all Europe with Sellaronda.

The hotel is relatively old, there is no air conditioning, you can sleep with the window open in summer, it is not uncomfortable for people with colds, you need to take a car to the center of the town, there is no road to drag luggage on the roadside, the car can come and go, you can take the bus to arrive

We had an amazing ski vacation and hope to return to Villa Emilia! Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, town, and sledding! Clean and comfortable rooms, quaint bar, and delicious food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and first course dinner buffet! Something for everyone. The staff is warm and helpful.

Excellent location & great variety of breakfast . We stayed for 5 nights. We am particularly impressed by the outstanding service of Peter at the Reception. We arrived late almost 8 pm . Peter greeted me outside the Hotel Entrance and showed me where to park . He helped us carrying our heavy luggages to our room. Later, for the first time when we drove our car out of the garage , we didn’t not know how to make payment. Incidentally, Peter appeared and showed me with patience how to do it . When we returned to the garage a few hours later , we found it difficult to drive through the driveway into the garage. Peter suddenly showed up and helped us out in this difficult situation. The most impressive is that Peter did all these in a most helpful attitude and pleasant manner . He just appeared every time in our difficult situation like an “angel” to us. He also told us that the Pope has stayed in this hotel. We were impressed when we saw pictures on the wall of the Breakfast Room that 3 Popes have paid visits in this Hotel ! We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends for the excellent location and Peter’s outstanding service . Peter : Thank you for everything !

Il soggiorno presso l'Albergo Pontives è stato estremamente piacevole. La struttura è tipica locale e tenuta perfettamente. Anche le camere (ne avevamo prenotate 2), seppur dallo stile tradizionale, sono dotate di tutti i comfort, pulitissime e ben tenute. Il pezzo forte è certamente lo staff. Silvia, Egon e il resto del team sono dei padroni di casa eccezionali. L'accoglienza è decisamente il loro impegno primario. Un'attenzione davvero particolare e sorprendente è stata quella verso le scelte alimentari. La cucina è certamente un altro pilastro di questa struttura, ottima negli ingredienti, nelle proposte e nel servizio. Eravamo 2 ospiti vegetariani su 4 e non solo non ci sono mai mancate delle proposte valide, ma spesso venivano create delle alternative fuori menù, solamente per noi. Proposte sempre di qualità e mai preconfezionate. Sono esattamente questi i dettagli che fanno la differenza e ti fanno sentire come a casa, o forse anche meglio! Our twin room was very comfortable and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and of high quality; dinner excellent every evening, always served promptly by extremely efficient and friendly staff. The bar area provides a very pleasant environment for pre-dinner drinks . The ski room is well organized with room numbered racks for skis. The courtesy minibus to the lifts was always available without any long waits - very good service. All in all we had an excellent experience at the Luna Monschein. Should we return to Ortisei we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.
