Comfort Hotel is the best! Best breakfast ever. Tasty but feels so healthy. Very comfortable beds. Nice view from wide windows. Great location. Oh i can't wait to be back!

If you arrive at Shin-Osaka Station, make sure to stay on the ground floor for easier navigation, especially at night.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the self-service machine. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was sufficiently large.
The only downside for me was the breakfast area, which was quite small and could get crowded.

5 mins walk from Shin Osaka station, very friendly staff and provide good complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is near Shin-Osaka station. Good for our day trips out. Breakfast provided was good though not much of variety.
