Absolutely the worst place I ever booked I’m Oslo and I Stayed over 80 hotels since 2016!!!! Very poor self checkin. There was some sex-work and ************ in the lobby and both me and my son felt unsafe and uncomfortable in our room. The door to the balcony was broken and a neighbor could easily climb over to rob us. Bed was very hard and worn out and made sounds immediately. Tv channel didn’t work and it smelled cloroform. I called the resection and wanted to check out and asked if I could get refund for at least 1 night since I booked 2, but no help was provided
