"The hotel had great communal facilities, and I particularly appreciated the shared kitchen. However, upon check-in, we were initially given an attic room, which was quite puzzling. After contacting Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a much larger and more spacious room. On the downside, the staff's attitude was rather indifferent. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; there was constant screaming outside our window and car racing late into the night, so I wouldn't really recommend it."

"Facilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall. Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk."

"The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train."

"There's a construction site outside the window, but thankfully they don't work on weekends. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine for a one-night stopover. It's super convenient, right across from the central train station. I'd definitely choose this place again if I'm ever back."

"the room was so small and the toilet was outside of the room. but still it was good choice for solo travelers. but i don’t think the room is useful for 2 people because it was hard for me to move inside the room even for just 1 person.also it’s about a 45 min walking far away to city center. they have free coffee and water which are pretty good opportunities."

"The tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. In fact, most of the main attractions in the city center are within walking distance. The breakfast was very hearty, and we had a wonderful two days in Oslo."

"I had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience."

"The hotel is close to the Royal Palace and not far where the airport train stops. So, it’s easy to reach anything in the city. The room is not bad, small bathroom. I was surprised the hotel doesn’t provide bath floor towels for when you step out of shower. Also only one roll of toilet paper. You need to scan QR code in order to book cleaning for next day. The breakfast buffet not bad, and it’s surprising to see avocados. Also need to mention, if you want to sleep early you might be bothered by tram outside the hotel, the whole hotel is shaking when it passes by. But they stop around 11 pm. The staff were polite and nice."

"Location: Not the location of the city center, it is very convenient to find according to the navigation. It is very suitable for the transit hotel. There is a large parking lot next to it. Free. This is very satisfying. Room facilities: small area, small bed, but it seems that the Nordic bed is not big, the sofa in the house is very soft, breakfast is charged separately because the next day the flight is early, so there is no time to enjoy."
