Very good. The original address of the hotel was under renovation, but they sent us an email before arrival, so we were prepared. We contacted the customer service and went to the new address. It is a very unique British apartment with complete facilities and a very good environment. It has a very typical British kitchenette and layout. Great experience

Made a reservation as we're supposed to be travelling to Oxford for a 50th birthday party in July. Less than 5 weeks before the event, the owner cancelled. No reason, no explanation, no apology. The contact number is a mobile phone, which has not been answered for two days. Due to the short notice, rooms in Oxford have at least doubled in price and it is my suspicion that the owner got a better offer!

We arrived and had no code to get into the room. We called the contact twice and no answer. We did then receive a text message with room number and code. But initially we were panicking we weren’t able to get in!! The photos show the room exactly - but these must have been taken when it had just been refurbished. The room was tired and dirty. The bedding was clean (but old and worn). The pillows were lumpy. The bathroom has a drain problem and made the entire room stink of smelly drains. All around the base of the shower screen was filthy and mouldy. The hand soap on the wall dispenser looks like it has been there for years. There was a hand soap in a bottle. So why not take the old dispenser down? On a positive it’s close to town so you can walk in. Just needs a good clean and drains sorting.
