Karya Family Resort – All Inclusive

Nice and clean hotel. All pools even the kids one were very very cold and the sea as well. The kids club room was very dated and dirty inside, which I was disappointed as we were looking forward to use it more often. The mini disco was a disaster. They spoke just Turkish and a tiny bit of English. So my little one didn’t understand. Not a good choice of music for the kids in my opinion. We saw just one show and that was very good. The dancers were brilliant! The room we had was a big family room with a big balcony overlooking the sea. Food was ok. The indoor swimming pool was closed. Didn’t get an explanation why. Close to Özdere town, taxi from the hotel is 6-7 euro one way.

A good place for family vacation. The hotel is renovated, but there are more things that can better. We like so much the "make up" of the room, every day! Thanks to our room "make up" artist! The pools and animation team are great too. The have a good Performance.

This was our first time at Hotel Karya as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (6 and 9 years old) We arrived late in the evening and were shown where we could have dinner and there were bags waiting for us in the lobby, we were shown to our room which had a great view, The rooms are clean, our room was cleaned every day I would recommend going before or after the season as the hotel can get busy , Food is always freshly prepared, lots of choice, Mostly good Turkish food, salads and a lot of different puddings, Food is available almost all day long! 5 different swimming pools, including 2 with slides for larger and smaller children, 2 private rooms to choose from, The animation team and bar staff are great! We made many friends during our stay and will return next year! A big, big thank you to the entertainment team (Carlos, Dani, Mario, Angel, Pelin and the rest of Crew !

4 çift 24 mayıs'2024 de otele giriş yaptık. Odamız Kıbrıs'a denk geldi yemek dönüşü odaya gidesiye kadar tekrar acıktık evet bu olabilir. --Resepsiyondan odamıza yatak talep ettik öğlen 13'de akşam 20 e kadar gelmedi tekrar resepsiyona gidip "Yatağımız gelmedi, çocuklarımı yatırıcam"/dediğimde "Aaa çok erken yatıyorlarmış" diye hadsiz bir yanıt aldım. __Odanın 2 gün boyunca havluları değişmedi, içeceği geçtim su getirilmedi. __ Balkonumuzdaki fare pisliklerini tanımlamak için gönderilen görevliye odamıza neden temizlik için gelmiyorlar dediğimde yoğunluktan cevabını aldım, BU İŞİ LÜTFEN BIRAKIN, YAPMAYIN 24 MAYIS SEZON DEĞİLDİR ! Ne yoğunluğu ? Daha haziranı, temmuzu, ağustosu var ! __ Aile odasında kaldık bir odada tv var diğer odada yoktu. __ Duşakabinin önündeki fayans derzi kırılmış oradan sızan su yatağın altına ve önüne birikinti oluşurdu oda görevlisinden asansörde karşılaşıp havlu istedim vileda istedim 2 gün boyunca kimse gelmedi. __ Evet kocaman bir balkonu vardı manzarası güzeldi ama kocaman örümcekler ve fare pislikleri olduğundan balkonun kapısını korkuyla açıp kapattık. Umarım bu sezon son sezonunuz olur bu tatili asla unutmayacağım her aklıma geldiğinde beddua edeceğim ki bu sektörde siz de o hamam böceği gibi ters dönün korkudan gözümüze uyku girmedi. __ Deniz taşlık kestaneli __Havuzların büyüklüğü ideal, çocuklar için olan kısım yeterli ve eğlenceli. __Hamburger yapan türbanlı hanım katiyen hak hukuk sıra gözetmiyor, hamburger için sıraya girip 3 hamburger dediğim halde tabağı çarparcasına 2 hamburger verdi 3 çocuğum var, asla hakkımı helal etmiyorum belki tek başına diye yoruluyordur ama bu davranış doğru değil. __Garsonlar çok saygılı yardım sever ve asla ağızlarını bozmuyorlar bir çok masa garsonların sabırlarıyla oynadı ama işlerini güzel yapıyorlar. __Eşim tabağını alıp kendi temizlemeye gittiğinde sabah kahvaltısında diğer konuklarda kendi gidip temizledi. __Yemekler çeşitli evinde 8 çeşit yemeyen aç kalmaz illa ki doyarsınız. Sabah pankek istediğimde tabağıma su bardağının tabanı kadar olan pankekten 1 tane verdi ve yüzüme baktı bir tane daha istedim yönetim bu aşçıları nasıl korkutuyor böyle koskoca adamlar "yaptığım yalnış ama emir böyle" gibi bakıyor. __Izgara balıkları lezzetli salata, meyve ve mezeler çeşitli herkese göre bir şeyler var ama restorana giden koridorlarda ters dönmüş, ölü hamam böcekleriyle karşılaştık. __ Gece çorbası gibi bir rezillikle karşılaştık, Soner ve Hamza bey ellerinden geleni yaptılar daha iyi yerlerde çalışmalarını dilerim. __Kapımıza bir ne bir özür adına 3 elma gönderildi ya da bir özür mesajı yazıldı. Be careful, you may get robbed! We were there at the end of September 2023. On the last day, our mood was spoiled by the information that the cleaners had robbed the entire 6th floor. One lady from Poland had her wedding ring (two weeks after her wedding) and money from her wallet stolen. They even stole things from other people's safes. At the reception they said that we have to take into account that the cleaners may rob us and that they come to clean the room on our responsibility. It's abstract! In that case, they should post such information somewhere or talk about it at check-in, but we did not receive such information at all. And now the rest... We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 in the morning. We politely lined up at the reception desk (we were at the front of the line), but the staff told us to sit down because they would call us by name. Ok, so we went to the couches, but somehow they didn't call anyone and continued serving people who were left in the queue. And so we sat for over an hour until we were left at the end, because there was a queue. ***?! You had to fill out some sheets of paper, but they didn't hand them out to people, you had to fill them out one by one in front of them, which is why it all took so long. Well, ok, we finally managed to get a room after 6:00 in the morning. We go in and there's a mess in the bathroom and everything is sticky with dirt, it's hard, we somehow washed ourselves, but the water doesn't flow too much in the shower tray and you just stand there, and about 15 minutes after finishing washing, magically half of the bathroom floor is flooded . The next day there was a meeting with a resident from ITAKA, we reported these problems to her, she went with us to the reception and told a woman (she was the one who said that we had to take into account that we would be robbed here), who said that everything would be sorted out. settled. Of course, this didn't happen and the drain wasn't cleared, the water kept pouring out and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The height of rudeness. It also turned out that at check-in we did not receive all-inclusive wristbands or towel cards, and the fact that our room has two single beds is not standard here and our friends (not a couple, same sex) got a single bed. Such great service... In the room at night the light turns on as soon as someone passes in the corridor under the door (from the outside), which is very irritating because you simply wake up. The walls must be made of paper, because you can hear ordinary neighbors' conversations. The beach wasn't that bad (rocky), but a bit dirty. Deckchairs, mattresses and tables were also dirty. What was strange was that sometimes there were large stray dogs walking around the hotel and the area, even drinking water from the swimming pool. It's a bit scary to come here with a small child.
