Firstly, I would like to underline the kindness of the owner of the B&B I booked through my daughter Cristina. I had the opportunity to speak with Gaetano personally and I found him extremely helpful, attentive to the needs of his guests and always ready to help in case of need. His hospitality was truly impeccable and helped make our stay in Palermo even more enjoyable. The B&B is located in the city center, we had the opportunity to fully enjoy Palermo life, immersing yourself in local culture and folklore. Furthermore, the central location allowed us to easily reach all the main tourist attractions of the city. Finally, I cannot fail to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the B&B. Everything was perfectly looked after and maintained, guaranteeing us a comfortable and pleasant stay. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend this B&B to anyone planning to visit Palermo. The residence del castillo is a truly fabulous b & b. As soon as you arrive and enter the hall of the building, nothing can make us imagine what the accommodation that awaits us really is like. The first impression is that you are not a tourist, but that you are a tenant of the building itself and when you open the door you feel like you are at home. Easy to understand the indications, through codes, to get to your room. My room overlooked an alley and from the side I could admire the cathedral. One of the most beautiful cathedrals I have ever seen. The room is spacious and meticulously clean. Same appreciations for the bathroom. The walls of the building border the police headquarters and make everything very safe, not that Palermo isn't, on the contrary, but it is an added option. In front of the royal palace.
