Nice place and room. Room was large with nice touches and good A/C which is important is Palm Desert. They could not accommodate our request for 1 hour later checkout.
It was so hot in room at some point plastic window blinds melted. Only one chair on patio?
Bed was comfortable and large TV.

we forgot a make up mirror, apple cable charger and gucci belt, contact hotel, they took a long time to called us back. We drove back and they said we only found the mirror. We are not anticipaing to ever come back.

This is actually a golf resort. The rooms provide full kitchens, washing machines and dryers. The rooms are large and have balconies with views. The entire hotel is large and has 4 swimming pools. It is very suitable for taking children on vacation and staying for 4-5 days is no problem at all.

******* let me book a one bedroom but once I went there the hotel gave me a room which was not a one bedroom. I called ******* and they said oh no you never booked a one bedroom and I am not blind I booked the same one bedroom last year same time so this was my reason to go there. The front desk girls confirmed that ******* sometimes does this and I am not the only one. I couldn’t prove anything I had lot of food that went to trash so it was not fun.
The call with ******* didnt go anywhere. Some kind of magic computing they do to switch things but I got upset when front desk girls told me this happens a lot with ******* in this hotel.

unfortunately there were no restaurants on site or even open. Had to drive 15 minutes for drink or meals. Very dissapointing

Stay was good. Pool was a lil far away and parking was not available when returning late to the resort. Overall, 3.9 out of 5!

Short 3 night stay
Our state was very nice. I enjoyed the water aerobics class. I took one of the adult pools was very cold not really usable. We always enjoy staying in Shadow Ridge and I’ve been back many times.
