Amazing! Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night. It's a gorgeous hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was perfect. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is so clean, so luxury. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was lovely and very accommodating. Food was great. We also booked a 30 minute back massage in the spa which was so relaxing. We loved everything about it. Cannot fault the hotel at all. We will definitely be returning!

We are seasoned lux travelers and found this hotel depressing. We booked in advance through AmEx Platinum Travel, and toured two unacceptable rooms upon arrival and immediately checked out. The hotel smells like musky mold and is in serious need of updating. While at Mallorca, we told our story to a local who candidly agreed saying this hotel is 20 years past its prime and needs an overhaul and apologized for us having this experience in beautiful Mallorca.

A beautiful properly in the heart of Palmas historic City Center. The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a perfect balance of modern amenities mixed with the history of the original historic mansion. The Art Deco vibe really suits the overall environment that they have created. Chris at the front desk greeted me upon my arrival. He arranged a complimentary glass of Cava while he processed my documents and checked me in. It was so nice to be able to sit at the bar and sip on a cool drink while the check-in process was being completed. Throughout my stay, Chris and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They recommended a fantastic jazz bar around the corner and made a reservation for me. The hotel gives you the ability to direct message staff via WhatsApp. It allows you to request things like additional pillows, reservations, or even car service. Every once in a while, someone would check in to make sure there was nothing I needed. It wasn't obtrusive, just enough to make me feel like they cared. They definitely make you feel like you're not just a guest but a friend staying with them. Its location is quiet and tranquil, but a short walk to the shopping, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. There are a lot of hotel options on the island, but I must say this place feels special. I can't recommend Can Bordoy highly enough.

A wonderful hotel! We loved our stay with our 3 month old baby. They arranged everything so well, the bed and diaper bin. The spa is lovely and the staff is the best! Very kind and toughtful. They even left a baby toy and note in the room for our son. The building is really something special and every room is gorgeous.

Great location. Great hotel. Great room. Great breakfast. Great service. great Staff. Great time! A really enjoyable stay, nothing was too much trouble and the hotel felt true to real Palma. The room was well appointed and full of character. Will certainly return.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Palma. Super location in the centre of the old town. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were wonderful and very very helpful. Great communication. Certainly we will be back and hopefully it will not be too long.

Gorgeous hotel with an absolutely beautiful garden full of trees and birds with a great little pool. An oasis in the old town, so easy to walk everywhere.Really nice design blending the old building with modern features like a rooftop sun deck with transparent bottomed plunge pool. Fantastic, warm, helpful service throughout our trip. It was our anniversary and we were given a lovely gift of chocolate dipped strawberries and cava. We absolutely loved our stay, can't reccomend enough.
