Very nice service! Well-kept, quiet complex. We got an upgrade (it was a guest of ours for his birthday) and we were very happy about that! We'd love to come back :)

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

Hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from the old town. But not downtown. The rooms are very tall (relative to Germany and the Netherlands). The beds are 1.5 meters wide. There is a Spanish desk on the TV in the TV. The bathroom is particularly large. The only bad thing was the room on the side of the road. The car outside the window was louder early in the morning. Downstairs is the Chinese restaurant outside the building, opened by Zhejiang aunt. Go to work at 1 in the afternoon. Hotel service is also good.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

It was my first time to Mallorca for a holiday. I was recommended by my friends to stay at this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to the private marina, and not far from the cathedral. It's convenient in transportation. The service quality and hotel facilities are very good. It's worth recommending.

Everything is good except the room is small
