環境：超級好，離馬路有一點點距離超級安靜，隔音超級好
衞生：非常乾淨
服務：很好，去吃早餐，阿姨會主動問要不要吃米線麪條可以煮，前台有打印機可打印
設施：比較新，無損

從萬峯林景區出來，路過盤州選擇這家酒店，前台服務熱情，房間比較寬敞，衞生乾淨，設施齊全完好。在酒店地下有獨立的停車場，停車比較方便。早餐還可以，有米粉，稀飯，玉米等主食。比較滿意。

房間還可以較大，衞生條件也很好，停車較方便，可是入住當天洗澡水不熱，反映前台服務員，派人解決最後還是未解決，可能入住人少沒有重視這個問題，早餐實在是一般化，沒什麼吃的，總體感覺一般化。

去烏蒙大草原遊玩，順道入住了這家酒店。
優點：①房間大②安靜③乾淨程度尚可④停車方便。
缺點：①空調無熱風②下午入住，當晚酒店告知，熱水管爆裂，導致當晚及第二天早上無熱水，無法洗澡，當天温度低，刷牙水都涼。酒店態度：可辦理退房（退房款），也可選擇住。因時間太晚不方便收拾東西退房再出去找房，衹能選擇湊合一晚。後經攜程客服協商，酒店方才同意退一間房款（2間房，退價格低的），攜程也做了一定補償。③早餐差的真是無語，品種少的可憐（入住率極低，衹有幾個人用餐，連普通民宿都不如）。④早上退房時，前台居然連句抱歉和客氣的話都沒有，愛搭不理的。絕對的差評，真實評價，供後面客人蔘考！！！

避雷避雷，這家酒店真的超級超級糟糕，環境馬馬虎虎，但是整個酒店的服務態度真的不敢恭維，我們住酒店有時候在前台大廳公共區域休息討論一些事，一個自稱老闆的人出來告訴我們這裡是私人空間讓我們立馬離開，作為服務行業，你好好給我們説，讓我們離開對吧，也行但是態度粗曠野蠻，板着一張臉，何必呢！開門做生意，和氣生財對吧！包括前台服務員也是真的太沒職業素養，是沒有經過培訓就上崗的嗎？服務態度極差，給客人臉色看，真的是服了，我是來消費的，又不是上門乞討的！我看了一下評論，這種情況好像不止我一個人遇到過
