"The service was mediocre; there seemed to be a lack of service awareness. When mistakes were made and time was wasted, there was no basic apology. They need to improve their training! The rooms facing the street were extremely noisy! The rooms were small, and the charging facilities in the parking lot were all broken. The front desk just tried to shirk responsibility, saying it wasn't their responsibility, but didn't your hotel advertise that charging was available? If there was no way to charge, I wouldn't have chosen your hotel at all. It was really annoying to have nowhere to charge at night!"

"This was my second stay in Guizhou. The first time was a very good experience, but this time the hotel happened to be hosting a large group of middle-aged and elderly tourists. We arrived around 4 or 5 pm, and the other room we'd booked hadn't been cleaned yet. There was a no-smoking sign in the lobby, but people were still smoking and no one was paying attention. Perhaps due to the large number of people staying, the water flow was significantly reduced during peak hours, and the shower head in the shower room wasn't adjusted for some reason and wouldn't rotate to its normal position. After check-in, each room was given small cookies and honey plums. The breakfast was very rich, and the terrace where we had breakfast was planted with hydrangeas and succulents, which was also very beautiful. Overall, I was quite satisfied."
