看上去想做成高檔酒店，衹可惜維護、管理、服務一塌糊塗。浴池沒塞子，裝不了水、浴室窗簾沒法開關、地板破損、要看清床頭開關，得用放大鏡😓，沒有大堂、沒有服務員，找人都得打電話，價錢還不便宜。可惜了這片地方、可惜了這些建築

酒店整體裝修和基礎設施配置相當都不錯，但是實際使用情況和人員服務堪憂。首先是一到酒店就找不到大堂，不知道去哪辦理入住，衹好通過攜程預訂系統聯繫辦理，然後是房間內的電視沒信號，電話沒有連線開通，衞生間洗浴後下水道堵塞。更恐怖的是一大早9點左右有服務員不敲門詢問是否有客人在房內，直接打開我們的房門，嚇得我趕緊制止。接着，上午洗漱沒有熱水，水龍頭放出的水壓不穩定一直斷斷續續無法正常使用。

○裝修很好，但長年失修，訂了三間房，兩間馬桶都是壞的，電視網絡也看不了。衞生很多死角。讓服務員來修也修不好。隔音很差。早餐就是衹有米粉白粥和白水蛋。不值400+的價格。

酒店的條件好，是喜歡的樣子，房間衞生也不錯，但服務跟不上，沒有電視和網絡，酒店説正在安裝和修復，到我們離開房間還是沒有網，這樣事着實讓人意外，中秋國慶不能看晚會，還上網受限，這樣的情況，太差了。

第二次入住，升級了兩間套房，面積和設施超棒，超過很多五星級酒店。因為不是銀杏黃的時候，幾乎沒有什麼客人，所以也談不上什麼服務。環境而言，很多棟別墅都在整修，車可以停在別墅前面，早餐需要自己付費，麪條10元，雞蛋2元，饅頭1元。希望加強管理和維護，不然可惜了這麼好的設施。
