This is the most luxurious hotel in Panzhou. The staff provide the highest level of service and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. I would happily stay here again.

The service is great. The ladies on duty at different times at the front desk are very polite. Especially the lady at the front desk named Wu. I wanted to get another room card. I checked the information carefully before taking the card. It was very considerate and the takeout was delivered. I will use it. The little robot helps bring it up. The environment is great. The interior environment is very designed. The facade decoration is very special and I like it. There is also a fish pond in the center of the front hall. The room also feels warm. 盤州囤際花園酒店，是一間很不錯的酒店。酒店外立面氣派，大堂寬敞明亮，房間佈置乾淨舒服。早餐品種多樣，味道很好。位置也很優越，出門就有很多食肆店鋪，對面的田順漁莊吃漁很好吃也很划算，附近有公園。以後有機會還會入住。

其他都還好，但是説實話，做親子房還是差點意思。
1️⃣寶寶床枕頭這麼高，又這麼軟，大人小孩都受不了。（最後我的小孩沒有靠枕頭）
2️⃣衞生間的馬桶梯子也很雞肋（小孩子要是坐在上面可能會摔，另外底部沒有防滑措施，梯子移動位置孩子摔倒算誰的責任？）不知道酒店的工作人員有沒有試過，在實際使用中能不能用。
3️⃣洗手枱的梯子小孩子站上去會滑（一樣沒有防滑措施）風險大於作用。親子房的洗手枱右側上方的鏡子本人1.6米，表示，確實夠不到（可能要人均180才能用，試問一下酒店裝這個鏡子意義何在？）要照鏡子還得拿個東西墊着。
我的理解是酒店管理人員也許是有想法把服務做好，但是最後執行落實階段，可能確實沒有設身處地的去想一下客户的體驗。
是否真的實用？是否有安全隱患？
本來希望有一個不錯的旅行，定了這個酒店。但是體驗下來，覺得花哨由於，但是缺少靈魂。希望下次再來，會變得不一樣。
