房間沙發底部比較臟，有雜物，用過的紙巾和閃光片
有兩個廁所確實比較好，功能性強，很不錯的體驗，衞生在好的就好了

暑期在此避暑，感覺不錯，再次入住，服務各方面都在線，不愧是當地最好的酒店。房間寬敞前台為我們升級了房型住得舒服。早餐品種也很多，酒店位置好進出方便停車方便。

酒店性價比很高，房間很大，尤其是浴室和廁所的空間，是我住過的酒店裡麪最大的，房間還配有陽台。美中不足的是房間空調調不了温度和模式，晚上睡覺被熱醒。

對賓館的硬件設施和環境都非常滿意，早餐也很豐盛，有些小小的建議：就是陽台上應該放一個晾衣架方便容人晾衣服，最好有一台洗衣機，這樣客人避暑住得長久一些，還有就是夏季有沒有包月和包中餐和晚餐的就更好了。

一家人從興義來盤州烏蒙大草原遊玩，入住了月亮山莊酒店，真是給了我們太大的驚喜。首先，環境絕佳，依山傍水，綠樹成蔭，一步一景;其次，工作人員周到熱情，入住當天恰巧是我的生日，工作人員特意幫忙申請了一份果盤，服務意識非常強。總之這是一次非常難忘的入住體驗，推薦大家來盤州

自己帶着孩子拿了好幾個包 身上還揹着包子 拖着拉桿箱 從車上下來 沒有一個工作人員 大堂除了前台兩個人沒有看到第三個人 辦好入住看到門口有酒店的接駁車 卻沒有駕駛員。。。。。
好吧 兩個人拉着行李找房間 一路沒有工作人員指引方向 走了很久
看到一輛接駁車過來 車上無人 駕駛員和我對視幾秒 沒有放慢速度 也沒有詢問是否需要幫助 汗一個
房間很大 很乾凈 設施很好
自助晚餐沒有幾個菜 還不如酒店早餐
酒店的服務和硬件完全不匹配
大概裏面全是常客 看到很多老年人 所以那麼大的酒店根本不需要工作人員 完全靠自助
