"Two day stay. The property location as mentioned was correct and easy to reach. We rented a car and a good parking space was available for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler inside it. Hasle free checkin at 1 pm. A warm and nice welcome. A good guide and tour( verbally) about the property and attention points wherever needed like beach access, pool timings, safety. We had breakfast included in our booking which is served in buffet at restaurant and it was really very fresh and lots of options and the food quality is extremely good. They have all the amenities as mentioned but we were there for a limited time so have not used all of them all though the service desk can help you if needed 24/7 available. We were happy with their service and they ask for consent of yours before proceeding for anything."

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. I would especially like to mention mr. Robin and singh for their exceptional hospitality. Mr. Robin went out of way to ensure that we had an excellent stay. Rooms were also good, hot water and an extra bed is available."

"3/4 stars, very good, close to the beach. But the beach is like that. There are no fruit stalls, supermarkets, etc. around. Walk for half an hour to those piers, cruise casinos. Take a taxi, ( Negotiation) paid 700 rupees to the Church of Mercy. Burst 300 rupees"

"The hotel is showing its age. But the staff are courteous and respond quickly, the water in the bathroom is hot, the bed is big and comfortable, and the river view from our elite suite was great.
Breakfast was average for this type of accommodation. The highlight was the daily rearrangement of the cutlery.
Cleanliness could be better. TV and internet could be improved. But overall, not bad for a budget hotel."

CChoMr.Nice hotel. Staff are all polite and professional. The room was huge, and wifi was fast. Breakfast was good, too. If the facilities were more morden, I couldn't wish more. But I can't complain any about this hotel.

JJames MonsterMy checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

TTraveling TanThe staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.
