The owner is passive-agressive and cannot take feedback or complaints. He will blame you or someone or anything but himself. He does not care about your experience! Backstory: there was a power outage in the island and their generator was broken. I found out through a local friend that this was an announced power outage a week or days prior, but they did not inform the guests, nor made sure their generator is working. My room was very hot and it was impossible to rest or get some sleep. I went to the reception to get some help and updates, and the staff rang the owner and asked me to talk to him. The owner told me he can't help me, can't do anything and DROPPED the phone call while I was talking to him. Yes, mid-conversation. You see, my problem here is the owner and how he dealt with my concern. Think twice before booking this place!
