"The hotel environment is exceptionally good. Although you can't swim in the sea, being a new hotel means the facilities and rooms are still in excellent condition. The rooms are quite clean, and every evening someone would come to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything else, and they'd also help with tidying up. The security guards are very responsible; they'd ask about your stay upon check-in and return. Once, when I walked back from the beach, a security guard even asked for my room number, which was impressive. The activities offered were a bit limited; it would be great if they could add more. It's also not far from Alona Beach, and if you want to go out, someone will help you call a tricycle, which is very convenient."

"The location is super convenient, really close to the city center. As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and shops. There's even a convenience store nearby for snacks and drinks. The hotel itself is very comfortable with excellent facilities. You can even order room service for a massage, which is incredibly convenient – no need to leave the hotel! The only slight downside was the presence of ants, so we had to be careful with any food we brought back."
