Hotels with Parking in Panglao

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

The room is so clean and comfortable, nice location with private beach, we played kayaking and horse riding here, that’s wonderful for the perfect holiday, also their food quality is great!

Our stay at Bohol Beach Club was truly delightful. The property's commitment to environmental friendliness impressed us, and the staff's kindness exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for enjoying beach vibes and a serene vacation. The reasonably priced food with a variety of options made our dining experience enjoyable. Special mention to John at the restaurant, whose lively personality and attentive service added to our overall comfort. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! We had an amazing time at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and extremely accommodating staff. We would like to give a well-deserved shout-out to Ann from the dining area, Jane and Charlie from the reception area, and the security head along with the assigned personnel in the Kayak area, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. We will be returning to this resort as our kids loved the facilities and the staff's generosity.”

The pool was lovely and very maintained. Room was a good price for what it was. However nobody came to service the room despite me switching the room service switch on. This seems to be a pattern in the Philippines - not sure if this is something you have to request?

I booked this for my brother and his wife. They thanked me for having booked a nice place for their honeymoon.

The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining what things to see and how to get there. The room was as advertised, the size was correct and as we selected the king bed ocean view, the big balcony was perfect to enjoy the view. We loved the pools. The hotel location is quiet, if you don’t mind the neighbourhood roosters (pretty much everywhere). As the hotel is located a bit far from the town though, they provide a complementary shuttle to get to go to the beach. Of you want more freedom and as a tuk tuk ride cost around 200P one way, we would recommend renting a scooter to go around. We rented one at the hotel (Suzuki Bugman street) for 400P, it’s 50P more than what you could get in town, but it’s convenient. The scooter carried both of us to the chocolate hills, and all other places we wanted to see. The breakfasts were pretty straightforward with three choices, Filipino Tosilog (more a grilled porc), a continental that was my choice after trying the tosilog, and an Asian one, my partner tried the dumpling and well this was a real disappointment. There is one thing I really didn’t liked is that the coffee isn’t brewed, then if you want a small cup of brewed is 150P and the juice is additional charge of 190P. All hotel everywhere have brewed coffee and juice included with breakfast. Something I told the hotel’s owner. Would we recommend that hotel? Definitely yes, for the room, the view, the staff.

Great stay. Very nice, and CLEAN hotel. Great staff. About 1 mile from the beach. Walking distance. Very easy to rent a motor scooter for 500 pesos a day. 7-11 1/2 mile away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel! Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea as well as water! Place is clean and nicely set up garden. The only downside was a water leakage in the bathroom but the rest was amazing! Highly recommended!
