WS Opéra - Laffitte

This accommodation looked to be a reasonable deal when I booked it. Problems started the day before check in. They had not provided any means to access the property and would not respond to my emails and calls asking for assistance. They eventually took my call at 7pm on the first day of my stay and gave me access to the appartment. When I finally got in (four hours late) the appartment was a complete mess. Bed unmade, wet towels throughout, bins unemptied, sink full of dishes etc. On calling to complain, they said they didn't have any other rooms for me to stay in so I had to book another hotel at my own cost. When I complained and insisted on my refund, they told me they would return my money both over the phone and via email. It's now two weeks on and they will not respond to my emails and have not returned my money. I now have to go to the bank to explain that this WS Opera accommodation have stolen my funds and have them reverse the transaction. This was the absolute worst accommodation experience of my life. You should avoid booking this hotel at all costs

This is a very unresponsive manager or owner of the property. We stayed 5 days and send a lot of emails, texts, Whatsup message to refill toilet paper, towels…… No response at all. Very disappointed. Lot of noises at the front of the property.
