The hotel has shared bathrooms (additional cost €2.50 per shower), but there is a sink in the room. They have their rules (no hot food and no visitors in the rooms etc.), but they take care to communicate them quickly. Very good price for a central location at Gobelins.

Perfect welcome. Well located.
Excellent Thai restaurant next door. Good value for money.
Shared shower 2 floors up. Shared WC on landing. That's the nasty little thing.

The worst. In this hotel it is the lack of a bathroom in the room! And you have to pay for the shower! For every 5 minutes :)

Don't even think about booking this hotel especially though Booking. Come They can careless what happens to you after you book though them.. We stayed 1 night out of 3 No TV and No coffee in room. No AC and it was very hot.Lots of rules The beds were terrible and they smell. They wanted us to leave the window open and let the bugs come in and they did. THEY EVEN CHARGED MY CC $123 for the deposit and didn't refund it!!!They are terrible crooks.

We stayed there for 8 nights. The price was right for the facilities/room etc. The hotel was a two minute walk from a metro station (Les Gobelins, Line 7). Was just off a square where there a few good bistros and restaurants (including mcdonalds). Friendly staff The breakfast was a bit sparse - baguette, butter, some jams, juice, coffee, and cereals - even to keep one going till lunch, but one could have done with some cheeses!

From the moment I checked in to the moment I departed 10 days later, I felt welcomed, safe, cozy and delighted by this gem of a boutique hotel. The staff were so kind, the room so quaint and comfortable. The location was a perfect launch pad for exploring all things Paris. Strongly recommend this place!

Just stayed here and we had a lovely stay. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Room clean and very handy for stations etc. We found room very comfortable and loved our stay with Port Royal Hotel

I had a VRBO booked for months, but when I showed up, the owner was inside and had no intention of leaving. I had been up for 38 hours and I was starving so I just booked the first hotel I saw, which was this piece of garbage. The showers are communal, only on the 2nd and 6th floors, and it costs 2,50 for 5 minutes. There's NO TOILETS! There's one off the lobby, but not on the guest floors, as far as I can tell. It's a truly terrible place and they won't let me leave. I hate it.
