The hotel has a very nice location and the facilities are great. Our room was also extremely clean and comfortable.
However, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of one of the male front-desk staff (a gentleman with glasses). When I mentioned that my mom has claustrophobia and asked whether it was possible to switch or upgrade the room, his response was rude and showed no care or understanding toward the situation. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional.
On the other hand, the lady at the front desk during our check-in and check-out was lovely—very kind, patient, and helpful. Her warm attitude made a big difference to our stay.
Overall, a good hotel with great location and cleanliness, but the service experience was inconsistent.

This is very very good hotel. Very comfortable and clean room and the best location in Paris. Good erea with French cuisine restaurants. Louvre is 5 min walk. Nice stuff.

Beyind wonderful and well decorated hotel in a perfect location to visit the Musee de Orsay. Staff was beyond lovely and had great conversations with them. Sad to leave and would stay again!

攜程網上查詢多家，最終預訂了芬奇杜。酒店位置很好，離塞納河不足百米，對面就是盧浮宮。酒店小而精緻，很有巴黎特色，前台服務很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，卧具很舒服，居然還有一次性拖鞋，選在這家店值得推薦。

ドライヤーの風も強いし、無料の水もついてるし、アクセスも良かったです。スパもついていて面白かったです。また、朝食にいろんな種類のmariageを飲めて良かったです。立地が良いため仕方ないですが、狭かったのが残念です。

Clean and well appointed rooms on a quiet street. My interactions with the staff were all very pleasant. I didn’t use the dining or spa, but they looked very nice. This is a great option if you want to be near the action but prefer a quieter hotel space.
