Pullman properties in Paris

I stayed at Pullman Paris Montparnasse and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel feels modern and well organized, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Paris. The location is also very convenient, especially with its proximity to the Montparnasse transportation hub, making it easy to move around the city. The staff were professional and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable hotel for travelers visiting Paris.

To be honest, I booked this hotel entirely for the tower view. However, it's a far cry from Pullman hotels back home in China. You can only check in really late. The lobby's color scheme, red and green, is just... indescribable. I also ordered flowers and a small cake to be delivered to the room, which was apparently around 100 to just under 200 euros. I think the champagne was also 100 or 200 euros, I can't quite remember. Anyway, go for the tower view, but don't expect anything else...

Check in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination. The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

I had a great time staying at the Pullman Hotel in La Défense, Paris. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Disneyland Paris, which was just about a 15-minute walk away – very convenient for a day trip. Additionally, there was a huge shopping area nearby within walking distance, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy after a busy day. The hotel itself was excellent, offering comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. However, there were a few downsides regarding the fitness facilities. The gym was quite small and felt outdated, with a limited selection of equipment. It definitely could use an upgrade and more diverse gym gear to enhance the workout experience. The sauna also had some issues with access; the process for entering and operating it was not very user-friendly and could benefit from better handling or clearer instructions. Despite these minor setbacks, my overall stay was wonderful. The hotel's location and amenities made it a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you're planning a trip to Disneyland Paris.
