What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

A very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy. If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Hotel was absolutely lovely. Really modern and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. The only downside is it is a bit further out than I would like but even so it's only 15 mins walk to most places

Amazing new looking hotel with modern style, very clean. Only slightly compliant would be that it's hard to get cold water when showering for some reason. Great breakfast.

Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. Amazing hotel and very clean good location but you don’t really get the proper sea view from here but beach is very close overall hotel and staff was amazing

As for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an ”apart hotel” very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I stayed out of season and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. An excellent stay, positioning is sublime and the views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the beach.
