"The apartment is very spacious ,Modern and Clean. Perfect Location. The room did not have any complimentary water bottle and no toothpaste / toothbrush. The balcony is very spacious and lovely view right in front of the Star Casino. Restaurants on surrounding and around the area. Short walking distance to the Casino,Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise. The outdoor swimming pool is not so much appealing but is okay. Overall stay is excellent."

"The room is fully equipped, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen. It has everything you could need: a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer – just like being at home. There's also a balcony, which is convenient for drying clothes, and you can see the sea from it, though it's not a full frontal view. Each room gets its own dedicated parking spot, and the key card access makes it feel very secure. We even saw a rainbow after a shower! 🌈"

"Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years. The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full. Without this drama, this hotel is good."

"The actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running. Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly."

"A spacious and modern apartment with sea view is the right way to enjoy a family holiday in Gold Coast. The two rooms do not disturb each other, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are open. After a day of playing, you can lie on two double sofas like Ge You, relaxing and comfortable. The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good. The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. You can use the induction cooker to make a simple instant noodle supper, and it is also good to throw the pots and bowls into the dishwasher after eating. Parking is convenient. Each apartment room has a corresponding underground parking space. You can swipe the room card to open the garage door and the garage elevator goes directly to the beach. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time. For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy. In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point. The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up."

"Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two. The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative. Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new casino precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic. Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience."

"Arrived at the hotel from Brisbane's public transport, which was quite an interesting journey. The hotel's location is pretty good, though it's a bit old. There's a shopping mall right downstairs with lots of great food options, including the Elk cafe where Jay Chou once visited, and charming little shops to buy souvenirs – very convenient. Stayed for two nights. On the first night, the fire alarm suddenly went off in the middle of the night 🚨. I guess someone was secretly smoking."
