"I had a wonderful short stay at St. Giles Boulevard Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing break. The location is excellent—convenient, safe, and surrounded by great food and shopping options. The staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. A perfect spot for a quick, comfortable stay in KL. Highly recommended!"

"Pros: Big room with massage chair, big bed, TV and jacuzzi. Close to malls within Makati. Staff are kind. Cons: Very weak wifi internet specially at night and we cannot watch Netflix due to this. TV remote is not working. Staff provided wired mouse to navigate through Netflix which is very disappointing as we still need to stand up from the bed just to select movies to watch or everytime the movie gets cut due to internet wifi connection issues. The separate shower area is dirty, lots of molds. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers are empty. No phone in the room to contact frontdesk. Corridor in the 8F is not well lit which makes the area a little creepy. Overall, hotel is good for overnight stay. I hope management will work on the areas for improvement like cleanliness, lighting, wifi internet and TV remote."

"perfect location, daily cleaning and early check in! however the room feels old with cracks on the walls. and the biggest downside is that AC is blowing right at where you sleep and there is no remove to turn it off. had to get out of bed to a wall switch to turn it off. Remote controller would begreat"

"Red Planet Amorsolo is one of the budget-friendly hotels you can book on Trip.com. I would say the hotel is cleaner now than the last time I was there. I’m happy that their TV was upgraded from LCD to an LED TV. However, the service is still terrible. You will never be greeted by the guard on duty at the front. He will just look at you. Hopefully, they will enhance their service, more friendly and accommodating. But overall. I had a great time and will definitely go back again."

"I liked my stay in the room I booked, but I think because of their location, which had no other fast food chains around but Jollibee and only a few convenience stores, it was kind of inconvenient to go out to buy what I needed during my stay, especially since I was in a rush at the time. But anyway, I think overall the place was great, will definitely book there again if it so happens that our next work event is near Pasay again. Loved the aesthetic the most."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven and a mall conveniently nearby. The service was good; the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. I also appreciated the water dispenser for refilling bottles and tumblers. However, the room lacked basic amenities like toiletries, bottled water, and an electric kettle. Only towels were provided. I had a late check-in due to my flight, and the room did not feel properly cleaned. The blanket was damp, and after spending the night, my pajamas smelled strongly of urine. I requested a change of bedding the next day, which helped reduce the smell. The air conditioner worked fine, but the room is not soundproof at all. The surrounding area is active at night, so noise from outside can be disruptive. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the cleanliness issues were a significant drawback."

"Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room. As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first. When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest. The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out. Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking. When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases. Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains. On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind."
