"We are very happy with the amenities - huge TV, Jacuzzi, big washroom, and with chair massager! It is so convenient for us, especially with me because I just had surgery and I couldn’t roam around but wanted to entertain myself, so this massager is an absolute pleasure! Thank you. I’ve rated 4/5 on service because there’s no phone access for customer service and there’s no kettle, but they have mini bar/fridge."

The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. "Our favorite repeat stay! Exceptional service and great for families This was our second time staying here (we first visited last December and loved it so much we extended our stay then!). We chose to book again because, compared to other hotels in this prime location, the rates are incredibly affordable and the value is unbeatable. What we loved: *Location & Food: Perfect location with many food options nearby, plus a great 2nd-floor restaurant. The breakfast buffet is totally worth it! Just a tip for parents: some dishes have a mild spicy kick that might be a bit much for kids, but there are always pancakes and cereals available. *Superb Service: This is where they really shine. Kudos to the entire team—from the parking attendants to reception and housekeeping. They make you feel truly welcome. *Cleanliness & Facilities: The rooms are spotless and very well-maintained. The pool is a good size and kid-friendly (4ft deep), and it wasn't too crowded during our visit. There is also a gym on-site. The Extra Mile: What made this stay truly special was the extra effort the staff put in. It was my wedding anniversary, and even though my husband couldn’t be with us, the team went above and beyond by creating a beautiful heart-shaped swan towel design and a lovely card. It was a wonderful surprise that me and my two kids truly enjoyed! A Suggestion for the Hotel: Since we are now frequent guests, we’d love to see a loyalty card or rewards program! A perk like a free night after a certain number of bookings would be the perfect way to reward repeat visitors like us. We’ve stayed for two nights so far and already can't wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable stay!"

"It’s literally like the pictures, very cosy and the stuff were so kind. The walls are thin so you’re able to hear the person next door but it wasn’t that bad just something to consider. I had nice views from my room, the window doesn’t open though."

"We found the hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. We have to pay Php2k for a security deposit in cash and reimburse right after checking out. Our main concern in our room was the cooling of the air-conditioning; we had it somehow ”fixed,” but it didn't reach our expectation for the coolest temp. All praise to the chef (in the egg station) for his friendly approach and assistance with the station foods."

"I chose this hotel for 4 reasons . 1) I needed to contact someone in Makati 2) breakfast 3) parking 4) swimming pool. I arrived late from the airport and the staff were really nice. First time in Makati. There is nowhere to park in the streets so I was so relieved that they have complimentary valet parking that is a godsend. 5 stars for that. Breakfast is very good from 6.00 to 10.30. The pool is a refresher pool , not a lap pool, but it was most welcome. Towels are provided. Room? A bit smelly but not obtrusive. I slept very well so beds are comfortable. 7-11 and McDo within a minute or so, so that was really welcome. For those looking for nightlife, there is adult entertainment in the adjacent street. Overall? A very good place to stay. Thumbs up from me."

"Pretty nice stay cheap with amenities with refrigerator, water heater, microwave. Spacious and with parking as well. Hot and col is working fine on taps. Downside for me is the location since it's hard to book cars around makati to this place."
