"The apartment was lovely! Had everything we needed for a quick mini break with the kids. The complex had amazing amenities and so close to the beach. Cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance too. Would love to come back."

"The room was clean and amenities were available. It was a comfortable stay for me except that the air conditioner was not effective and the humidity in the room after the shower was not removed 々. The nervous friend seemed to be unable to sleep very well."

"The good: this is a proper resort with proper facilities. There are two pools, two spas and an amazing sauna, although it can get quite crowded. There's also a small gym there. The grounds are quite huge. It's also connected to the Twin Towns conference centre which I'm told has lots of great restaurants, for those who don't want to venture outdoors. There are also certain staff members that are friendlier than others. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food, all of which were delicious. It probably needs more greens though. My request for the empty hand lotion to be refilled was fulfilled promptly. The bad: I was treated differently at the breakfast buffet. Every guest was shown and walked to the table by the server and had their cutlery set up by the server. Except for me, that is. On my first day, I was given my set of cutlery and had to find my own table and seat. On my second day, I was shown halfway, then handed my set of cutlery to make the rest of the way on my own. It's a small difference in the way I was treated but by no means unnoticeable especially as it happened two days in a row. Perhaps it's because I was the only solo Asian guest there. I do think that if we are all paying for the same service we should be treated the same way. The second issue I had was that the toilet seat got detached. I had requested for it to be fixed, and it did not - so I sat in a toilet seat that was in danger of falling off during my stay. The third issue is that the hotel is located near a venue that blares out live music with lots of bass starting very late at night - which is when people usually sleep. No fault of the hotel though, it's just that they are located near other places that play loud music. Finally - it would help to have more reception staff as there is always a queue, and my second phone call to follow up on my detached toilet seat was not answered even though it had been ringing for 5 minutes."

"Doing a visit to a local hospital. Decided to stay instead of travelling. Really enjoyed this accommodation. Well set up with interesting furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had very nice soaps etc. Hot water was good with good pressure. Bathroom floor did get wet. Plenty of parking within the complex. Loved the 24/7 kitchen. It was very set u"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Resort. The apartment was large and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment had everything you need and more, a dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable loungers to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The entire property is well-maintained and very attractive. It’s a perfect place to relax, recharge, and slow down. Highly recommended!"

"Great location! Room was small with a weird musky smell. Tv wasn’t working and would have preferred a king bed instead of 2 singles pushed together. Bathroom was big but overall hotel was a bit run down. You definitely are paying for location as it’s not cheap. Requested to be near friends and were all opposite ends of hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Salt village is nice either way lots of toontioks but everywhere is very expensive."

"Amazing resort in a stereotypical tropical resort setting. The breakfast buffet was very average as far as 5 star resort buffets go, and 2 of the pillows in the room had stains on them which wasn't a great look for a 5 star resort, or any resort for that matter."

"I am very familiar with this place ❤️ Come here every weekend to relax... The independent log cabin is really comfortable. The space is just big enough for a family to live in. There is everything in the room. There is a private bathroom at the door 🚻 for the family to use... There is a big lawn when you go out. There is also a small supermarket at the door that provides basic daily necessities. The community manages itself. The security is good. There are also public swimming pools, tables and chairs for resting. Overall, the location is quiet in the middle of the bustle. It is recommended"
