"The hotel was clean and tidy, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I happened to catch the opening of the supermarket next door, which made driving in and out a bit inconvenient. This time, breakfast exceeded my expectations; there was a wide variety, and the food tasted great. I recommend strengthening the inspection and maintenance of doors and windows. When I first entered the room, one window couldn't close completely. After I managed to fix it myself, it finally closed properly, sealing out noise. The door lock also felt a bit loose."

"This anniversary was so unforgettable! I told the hotel in advance that this was a special day, but I didn't expect them to make it as ceremonial as possible! As soon as I entered the room, there was an exquisite swan-shaped towel on the bed, a greeting card with blessings written on it, and iced red wine. The atmosphere was so ambience! The whole layout was full of details, and you can see that a lot of thought was put into it. The staff was also very considerate, and they always smiled from the moment I checked in, providing us with all kinds of help. Surrounded by green mountains, the hot spring pools are nestled among lush greenery, with mist rising all around like a fairy tale – perfect for photos! The service is impeccable; from the moment I was greeted upon arrival, through check-in, and guidance to the hot springs, the staff were constantly smiling, attentive, and incredibly warm, always ready to help. The food deserves huge praise too; the Chinese and Western buffets offered a huge variety, the desserts were exquisite, and even breakfast was so abundant it was dazzling! The value for money is top-notch. I've already recommended it to my best friend, and I definitely plan to come back for a second visit!"

The breakfast spread is also very rich and varied, offering vegetables, fruits, and whole grains (the bread was particularly delicious!). Clearly, their main focus is on cleanliness and healthy options.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene was truly excellent, and the rooms were very well-lit.
Environment: The general environment was pleasant and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was incredibly cozy – neither too hard nor too soft, just the perfect firmness for a wonderfully restful sleep.

"I have to praise the service team here alone, it's really intimate! From the beginning of the get off the bus, the bellman took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and guided the check-in with a smile throughout the process. The front desk lady not only handled the speed quickly, but also explained the resort's play guide very carefully to us, and recommended a few small but super beautiful special hot spring pools. Even the tour route of Qingshuiyan Scenic Area helped us plan it. During the stay, no matter what needs, a call passed, the staff always responded as soon as possible. One night I wanted to drink hot ginger tea, and it was delivered to the door of the room within a few minutes. It was really warm. Kart Xiaole service is very good"

Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. 11386015****A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

GGuest UserThere are five people with children, big and small, on the weekend. Extra beds are not allowed in the suite. The hotel staff is very considerate and takes the initiative to add quilts. There were only two breakfast coupons, but when we saw that our kids were small, they all went for free. I was very touched and satisfied! Will go again

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is just so-so. I wonder if the cotton batting of the hotel quilt has not been changed for a long time. Children would sneeze if they lifted it a few times. The experience was not very satisfactory.
