The service was great! They offer complimentary popcorn, tea, coffee, drinks, and candies. There's also a small convenience store inside, perfect for grabbing travel essentials. The room was spacious, quite a long rectangle – it felt like a little trek from the door to the window! The shower pressure was excellent, and the washing machine and dryer were both brand new. Plus, there's a swimming pool for kids to enjoy. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll need to drive about 7km to the nearby Pingyuan Ancient Town for food. We went to Zhijin Ancient City for a 'laoguo' (hot pot), and there's also a Temple of Wealth to explore. It's a decent choice for a stopover on the way to Zhijin Cave.

I often go back and forth to Luxi and stay at this hotel many times. Check-in at the front desk was fast and the service was gentle and thoughtful. The room hygiene is strict and all corners are clean and tidy. The smart system in the whole house is great, the mattress is moderately firm and hard, and I sleep until dawn. Soundproofing is very good, the hotel is equipped with charging piles, very friendly to self-driving passengers. Close to the high-speed rail station, travel saves time and effort, and the overall experience is very good.

The mattress is moderately firm, the pillow comfort is online, the sound insulation is very good at night, and the whole night is safe and sound. The room is fully equipped, with high-speed WiFi, desk, charging sockets, and enough for business trips. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry drying area, which is very convenient for washing laundry during the trip. The breakfast is rich in variety, porridge noodles, buns, drinks and fruits are available, the freshly cooked noodles taste very good, and the price is full. The whole is clean, worry-free, and cost-effective. It is suitable for short trips or business trips. I will choose this one next time I come to Bijie!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Quiet and in a beautiful surrounding I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Walking around the lake is wonderful. The best are the owners which were so kind and welcoming, being able to help me in any way possible. I almost felt like part of their family. And the food is amazing too! Overall, this is a really excellent local five-star hotel. Zhijin isn't a big place, and compared to other small cities in Guizhou, Zhijin Hotel is a cut above. The hygiene is good, the hotel room facilities are relatively new, and the quality of the amenities is decent. The Chinese restaurant offers generous portions and the food tastes great. The hotel itself is grandly built with good views. The service is slightly less refined than what you'd find at a chain five-star hotel in a major city, but they still have a proactive service mindset. The hotel's SPA and foot massage service is excellent; it's very refreshing after a walk through Zhijin Cave. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhijin!

Accommodation: The cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and family-friendly, without feeling cramped. The value for money is excellent. Overall, the value is excellent and highly recommended.

This is arguably the best hotel in Baili Dujuan. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The temperature here is pleasant in summer, making it a great escape from the heat. In the evenings, you can relax by reading in the central garden or having some tea and browsing on your phone in the hotel lobby. Oh, and there are even concerts in the evening, which is a nice option if you want to let loose a bit.

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
