The beds are soft and comfortable and the room is well equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was also very clean with high quality toiletries and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and were always ready to help me solve my problems. When checking out, the front office manager specially packed some snacks for us to take with us. They provided a lot of useful suggestions. Overall, I felt very good about the hotel. Very satisfied with this accommodation experience."

"酒店本身位置不錯，建造也比較豪華。可惜保養不到位。本來退房了，特殊情況需要續住，前台經理很好，幫忙協調了一間房，非常感謝。但是酒店內部的充電停車位都停滿了油車，打電話挪車沒有一個來，向酒店求助，居然説停車位不是他們的，不歸他們管。停車位就在酒店的大門口，很顯然是酒店停車位，居然酒店説不歸他們管，酒店就沒有自己的停車位。所以沒有權利去管。我覺得太不可思議了，一個五星級酒店，沒有一個車位是酒店自己的？酒店説我們從來沒有掛牌五星酒店，從來沒有掛牌。但是在攜程酒店設施上酒店是五星級酒店，有充電樁，有停車位。這難道是虛假宣傳嗎？"
