The front desk checked in efficiently, the staff smiled and answered questions patiently. The concierge took the initiative to help with luggage, clear guidance and thoughtful service. Special thanks to the Guest Service Center 6115, I left the charger, they contacted and sent it back properly as soon as possible. The overall service is professional and warm, it is recommended, will come again next time!"

AAnonymous UserUnexpectedly unlocked treasure hotel! It was originally a temporary reservation, but I didn't expect to have an experience that exceeded expectations. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, the lobby is elegantly designed and the atmosphere is full. The room was clean and impeccable, there was no smell, and the facilities were well maintained. The most surprising thing is the service. Miss Junjun of the staff will take the initiative to remember the preferences of the guests, such as the room by the window and the need for additional pillows, which can be accurately satisfied. The local specialty snacks for breakfast are super authentic and so intimate. I have already recommended it to friends who want to travel around, it is definitely a five-star praise!
